These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://lumenwall.com and any content, wallpapers, skins, and services provided by LumenWall, LLC (“LumenWall”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License to Use Content

Wallpapers and skins downloaded from LumenWall are licensed, not sold. Free items may be used for personal, non-commercial desktop customization. Premium items are licensed to the purchasing member for personal use across their own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of our files without written permission.

3. Memberships and Billing

  • Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change with notice.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for digital goods already downloaded.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, distributing malware, or infringing the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, and original designs are the property of LumenWall or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. “Rainmeter” is the property of its respective owners; LumenWall is an independent studio and is not affiliated with the Rainmeter project.

6. Third-Party Software

Our skins are designed for use with Rainmeter, a separate open-source application you must download and install yourself. Your use of Rainmeter is governed by its own license terms.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. See our Disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumenWall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LumenWall from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
